SHOP SMALL is an initiative created and promoted by American Express. With 11 years of experience globally, it seeks to support and encourage consumption in small businesses around the world. This year, the campaign gained particular relevance in the context of the global crisis unleashed by the pandemic. Support for small businesses expanded its reach to support the entire community and small businesses affected. In this way, SHOP SMALL promotes shopping in nearby shops, offering special benefits to the entire community of cardholders.


Our work consisted in the integral development of the initiative: armed strategy, design of printed and digital communication pieces, campaign with three leading influencers in Costa Rica, digital advertising to reach AMEX cardholders through various devices and traditional TV advertising, design and delivery of Press Kits allusive, note coordination for the Director of American Express, obtaining organic repercussions in the most important media in Costa Rica.
