Feat: Blum Marketing

Conference of talks created for American Express on Neurosales, Growth Mindset, Resilencia and Magic. To generate Brand Engagement we set out to work in Training with the added value of B2B Innovation


Challenging the status quo of the traditional training model for the American Express sales force and collaborators, these days were activated in 6 cities in 5 Latin American countries with an attendance of more than 4,000 guests in less than 1.5 weeks.


The main objective was to bring together collaborators a world-class proposal, with speakers and brands they admired. Our goal was to impact those who were unmotivated, with experiences of resilience and success. So we get everyone to live an AMEX experience and make them aware of the huge network they belong to.
